ROCK REPORT MAGAZINE

I very professionally put together melodic rock magazine produced in Belgium which is now up it its 41st issue! Latest interviews include: Lana Lane, Ten, Amaze Me, Intruder, Lifeforce, Westworld, Emerald Rain, Pretty Maids, Stuart Smith, Unruly Child, Marie Wilson, and Change of Heart. Each issue is also packed with loads of new reviews, and this one's no exception. All very interesting stuff, the only limitation is that it's not in English being exclusively in Flemish/Dutch - but you can still get some excellent tips from it nonetheless....

STRUTTER MAGAZINE

Quite an interesting read from The Netherlands (yes, it's written in English) and I like any magazine that states right at the outset that it is a "non profit fanzine" that only wants to promote good music..., shame the name makes it sound like they should be covering disco! Number 13 is the latest issue and its jam-packed with interviews and reviews. Featured bands and solo artists include 8084, Change of Heart, Steve Plunkett, Mark Thompson-Smith, Tandym, Mystery, Hush, and Luke st. Gold. You basically only have to cover its postage costs to receive a copy. In the Netherlands send f4.-, elsewhere in Europe can send two IRCs (International Reply Coupons you can get from any post office), while US and Australiasian readers should send three IRCs. Better give you the contact details then: Gabor Kleinbloesem, Editor, Strutter 'zine, Zandrak 82, 2924 BC Krimpen a/d Ijssel, The Netherlands. A separate magazine called "Strutter - The Past" is also produced on older rarer material - latest one of it is issue  7 and it includes articles on Roadmaster, The Sherbs and Darul Braithwaite, Gideon's Army, Steffanie (one of the worst solo artists ever!), 8084 and Gambler.
